Dispositivos de Montagem
Um grande desafio no nosso dia-a-dia é conseguir alternativas aos métodos tradicionais para se fazer algo. Normalmente buscamos uma solução mais barata, ou mais rápida, ou a conjunção destes fatores dentro da melhor técnica.
A experiência na execução do serviço é que molda nossa capacidade de tornar exequíveis tais alternativas.
Um exemplo disso são os dispositivos desenvolvidos pelo eng. Joir Brasileiro, Gestor Operacional de Montagem Eletromecânica, usados nas obras da RNEST - Refinaria Abreu e Lima, Pernambuco. Na figura 1 acima o dispositivo, próprio para uso em estruturas metálicas, está colocado sob a tubulação. Na figura 2 ele foi acionado e permite a colocação do suporte sob a tubulação.
Uma alternativa, quando a tubulação está assentada sob dormentes de concreto é mostrada na figura 3, seguinte.
